Upload your files to process BPC Base & Enhancements mapping with intelligent fuzzy matching

Processing Instructions
  • Upload an Excel file containing the "BPC Base & Enhancements" sheet
  • Optionally upload a separate Cost Center mapping file to override CC Owner assignments
  • Optionally upload a PBI mapping file for fuzzy matching if Resource Unit is missing (includes Futures Mapping sheet)
  • Optionally upload a futures.xlsx file to merge monthly data with summary data by matching Resource Unit and Cost Center #
  • The data will be grouped by Resource Unit with accurate CC Owner mapping
  • Monthly amounts (001/YYYY through 012/YYYY) will be summed for the fiscal year
  • Results can be viewed and exported to Excel
Select BPC Excel File
Required: Please upload an Excel file (.xlsx or .xls) containing the "BPC Base & Enhancements" worksheet.
Cost Center Mapping File (Optional)
Optional: Upload a separate Excel file containing Cost Center to CC Owner mapping. If not provided, mapping will be extracted from the BPC file or any mapping sheet within it.
PBI Mapping File (Required if no Resource Unit)
Required if BPC file lacks Resource Unit: Upload Excel file containing "Line Text" and "Resource Unit" columns for fuzzy matching with Sub Vendor data.
Futures File (Optional)
Optional: Upload futures.xlsx file to extract "Cost Center #", "Resource Unit", "Vendor", and monthly data columns. The file now contains columns like "APR FY 2026", "MAY FY 2026", etc. Select the starting month from which to extract future values. Monthly data will be merged with summary data using TF-IDF fuzzy matching for Resource Units and exact matching for Cost Center #. Similarity threshold: 0.9 (90%).
Select the month from which to start extracting future values (e.g., APR FY 2026 will be converted to 001/2026)
Your files are processed securely and not stored permanently
