Main Forecast File

Required: Upload the empty account detail forecast file (reads columns B-AJ, headers in rows 11-13). This serves as the base template for FTE allocation processing.

GL Account Include File

Required: Upload the file containing GL accounts to include in processing. This mapping helps filter which GL accounts are included in the FTE automation.

Ireland New Format GL Account Include File

Optional (Required if using New Format Ireland files): Upload a separate GL account include file for new format Ireland files. If not provided, the standard GL Account Include File will be used for both old and new format Ireland files.

FX Book File

Required: Upload the FX book file containing foreign exchange rates for currency conversion between USD, CAD, and EUR.

Cost Center Exclude File

Optional: Upload the file containing cost centers to exclude from processing. The file should have a "Cost Center" column header with the cost center IDs/names to exclude. Leave empty to process all cost centers.

Cross Explanation File

Optional: Upload the cross explanation file containing Employee ID, TBH, and Classification columns. Used for variance analysis comments and employee detail tracking.

Severance File

Optional: Upload the severance file containing employees to exclude from the main Account GC Sheet. These employees will be shown in a separate "Excluded Severance Employees" sheet with their transaction amounts and details.
Required Columns: Employee ID, Month, Employee Name
Month Format: Supports both numeric months (1-12) and month names (APR, MAY, etc.)
Effect: Severance employees are excluded from Account GC calculations but tracked in a dedicated summary sheet.

Cost Center Mapping File

Required: Upload the Cost Center mapping file to map cost centers to their Service Area, Service Category, and Service. This mapping will be used to populate these fields in the Account GC sheet and filter employees not included in the mapping.
Required Columns: Cost Center, Service Area, Service Category, Service
Note: Only employees with cost centers present in this mapping will be included in the Account GC sheet.

Previous Results File

Optional (Performance Boost): Upload a previous FTE automation results file to reuse already calculated employee monthly sums from the Account GC sheet. This significantly speeds up processing by avoiding recalculation of historical months.
Note: For April (first month), this file is optional. For other months, it provides significant performance benefits.

Offshore Employee ID Mapping File

Required when Offshore is selected: Upload the offshore employee ID mapping file to convert employee IDs from monthly files to the corresponding IDs in the forecast file.
Required Columns: GL Employee ID, Forecast Employee ID
Format: Excel file with two columns mapping the GL Employee IDs from monthly files to the Forecast Employee IDs used in the main forecast file.
Effect: Only applies to offshore monthly files - the GL Employee IDs will be converted to Forecast Employee IDs before processing to match the forecast file structure.
